Early bird registrations received by July 12 will be entered into a draw for a free night's hotel room.
Registration after August 15 will be subject to a late fee of $25.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY
Registration can be transferred to another colleague within the municipality at the same registration level (considering the member/non-member registration fees) – email info@amtpa.ca to change registrant. If registrant cancels more than 7 days prior to the event, the Association will provide a credit towards the following year only.
If registrant cancels 1-6 days prior to event no refund or credit will be issued. Any credit issued will be towards the following year conference registration fees only and any registration fee difference must be paid in full. All changes to the registration must be emailed to info@amtpa.ca with the subject line: Conference Registration Amendment
